KN Mi Delicia Bakery Coffee Shop

Their food and drinks are great for everyday but their cake department needs so much improvement. This rating is going specifically to their custom cakes. I was upset to see my cake poorly decorated and I didn’t want to make a big deal out of it. They have sizing restrictions and a $10 fee if you WANT tres leches. I had no party so a 8” cake was too big for me but I managed to share my cake. It was DRY, Unbelievable for a tres leches. It had wet pockets here and there and i was not expecting things to go wrong besides visual decoration inconsistency. I wanted the FULL PICTURE of the cat from Coraline WITH the moon above him but they legitimately cut the edible sheet and just plastered it in the front and didn’t even cover the raw edges with frosting or anything!!! I wanted the words in a blue/purple tone as well. The best thing i can say was the frosting didn’t taste like chemicals and was actually subtle and not too sweet either. This was back in October on Halloween and i been holding this review because I grew up getting my cakes here all the time. I have absolutely no idea why the sudden change in quality has affected this store. Please look into getting new cake decorators pl

Horrible I’ll just add photos to describe What I ordered vs what I got!!! This is rushed I ordered a cake for a pool party. The party is tomorrow !! I said specifically it’s for a boy and it’s pink sprinkles on the cake! Everyone is not for gender neutral fluidity! Please keep in mind I never even asked for sprinkles and she had the audacity to want to give a discount but the cake is still $90 not even half because you couldn’t execute it, this is super unprofessional and the moral of the story is if you can not complete a task or can not do something just say “I can’t do it!!! You save everyone a headache. I also took a $20 can to the Bronx. This is disappointing

I’m giving this a 1 star rating I was going for this nice picture I seen on google the second picture is what yah gave me with a takis bag the last third photos I had to diy my own takis cake topper add some takis to top and bottom so my child can be happy and not upset on his birthday this made me very upset and emotional that this is what I had recieved from this bakery it’s unnacceptable I had to put fresh takes on and try to make it look similar to what it’s supposed to be I feel like I did a way more better job then this bakery did by putting a dam bag with a stick on top of my cake
